RETURN POLICIES
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your goods.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
You can contact us at [email protected] to begin a return. We’ll send you a return mailing label as well as instructions on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is accepted. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods are examples of items that cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also not returnable. If you have any questions or issues concerning your specific item, please contact us.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Returning the item, you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
